Charles Benton Rogers, 95, of Spencer died Wednesday, Nov. 15, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta.Born Friday, April 14, 1922 in Spencer, he was the son of the late Benton Rogers and the late Georgia Kell Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a member of First Baptist Church of Spencer, where he served as deacon. He also served as the church treasurer for many years.
