Charity Dawn Simons, 30, died Friday, Nov. 14, at River Park Hospital. She was a native of Warren County.She is survived by her father, Johnny Ray Simons of Woodbury; children, Sawyer Ray Owens and Chloe Elaine Owens of Woodbury; siblings, Shana George, Michael Burk, and Katie Amann-Densmore, all of Indiana, Johnny Blaine Simons, Dextyn Ray Simons, Karrelanne Farrah Simons and Qwentin Kaleb McMackins, all of Woodbury, and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Hammond Simons. She was a member of Bethel Hill Baptist Church and the manager at Short Mountain Distillery.Funeral service was held Monday at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home.
