McMinnville resident and Warren County native Carrie Etta Hogan, 89, was born Dec. 1, 1925 and died Aug. 11 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville following an extended illness.A homemaker and a member of East End Drive Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Ida French Hogan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother and sister-in-law, Willie and Laura Hogan Sr.She is survived by two nieces, Kim A. Hogan of Long Beach, Calif., and Carol Holland and husband, Curtis of DeSoto, Texas; and three nephews, Lester Hogan and wife Dora, Willie Hogan Jr., and wife Erica, and Jeff Hogan and wife Lenora, all of Long Beach. A graveside service and interment will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Faulkner Cemetery at Pike Hill with Jerry Rutledge officiating.
