McMinnville resident Brenda Joyce Eckert was born in Vidalia, Ga., on June 13, 1940. A prior resident of Tucson, Ariz., West Palm Beach, Fla., and the Lehigh Valley Penn., Joyce passed into glory at home Feb. 22 after an extended illness.
