McMinnville resident and Cannon County native Bobby Dale Redmon, 67, was born Oct. 22, 1945 and died Sept. 22 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.A member of First Baptist Church, he was the son of the late Cephas and Wilma Young Redmon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Carolyn Bond.He is survived by niece, Donna Gaj and husband Steve of Harvest, Ala.; three nephews, Wayne Bond of Bristow, Va., Tim Bond of Spring Hill, and Randy Bond of McMinnville; two great-nephews and two great-nieces; and special friends, Louise Pearsall and Faye Winn.Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at High’s Chapel with Ray Weddington and John Jones officiating. Burial will follow at DeKalb Memorial Gardens.
