Bobbie Jean Sharpe, 87, of McMinnville passed away May 24 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She was born March 4, 1932 in DeKalb County, was a graduate of MTSU, a retired teacher of 36 years with the Warren County School system, a member of Smartt Baptist Church, a member of the Warren County Retired Teachers Association, and volunteered at River Park Hospital for 13 years. Sharpe was preceded in death by parents Vernal and Jessie Watson Walker, husband Billy Allen Sharpe, brother Jackie Lee Walker, sister Claudean Lorance, brother-in-law Clifton Sharpe, Jr., and sister-in-law Martha Grissom.
