McMinnville resident and Putnam County native Bob Forrest Burch, 46, was born Nov. 17, 1969 and died Nov. 13 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro following a one-year illness. An employee of Warren County Utility District, United States Army veteran of Desert Storm and member of the Earleyville Church of Christ, he was the son of Sandra Ann Burch of McMinnville and the late Ralph Burch. He was married to Tammy Mullican Burch of McMinnville.
