Billy Ray “Bob” Basham, 84, of McMinnville passed from this life on Sunday, Aug. 13 at his residence in McMinnville. He was born on Thursday, Aug. 25, 1932, the son of the late Marshal Basham and the late Claria Duke Basham. He was the husband of Helen Basham.
