Billy A. Colwell, 79, of McMinnville died Monday afternoon at Raintree Manor Nursing Home in McMinnville. He was the son of the late Ray and Della Redmon Colwell. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Madison Street Baptist Church in McMinnville.
