Betty Eloise Jordan, 85, of McMinnville died Wednesday, Nov. 28, at Raintree Manor. 

She was born Nov. 14, 1933, in Warren County, was a retired factory worker and homemaker, and member of the Assembly of God. Betty was preceded in death by parents Gilbert and Mary Campbell Rogers, former husband Vernon Jordan, and sisters Barbara Nunley and Sammie Fay Rogers.

Survivors include her children Mary Jane Jordan (Dr. Randy Ricketts), Vicky Christene Jordan, and Michael Dennis (Pam) Jordan, sisters Josephine Blakely and Helen Smith, brother Lamuel Burnell (Jimmie) Rogers, grandchildren Korey Dennis Jordan and Kerrey Michael Jordan, and great-grandchild Michael Kane “Mikey” Jordan. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins and many friends also survive.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Chuck Catalfu will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. The Jordan family will receive friends Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.mcminnvillefuneralhome.com.
