Barbara Sue McGee Corun, 84

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Barbara Sue McGee Corun, 84, was born Nov. 14, 1936 and died July 11 at her home following an extended illness.             

A cosmetologist and member of Locust Street Church of God, she was the daughter of the late Lowell and Delma Hale McGee.

Ms. Corun is survived by four children, Darrell Austin, Harold Austin, and Carole Clark, all of McMinnville, and Lori Corun Judkins of Orlando, Fla., five grandchildren, Jonathan Austin, Tara Austin, Russell Clark, Noah Judkins, and Sophia Judkins, two great-grandchildren, Kaden Hobbs and Bryson Stoner, brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Mary McGee of Alabama, sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Roosevelt Fults of McMinnville, special friend Sun Newby, and several other special friends also survive.

Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, at High’s Chapel with Jeff Page officiating. Burial will follow at Laurel Creek Cemetery in Van Buren County. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of service at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
