Barbara L. Davis, 78, of McMinnville died Saturday, Jan. 28 at her home.She was born Monday, Sept. 19, 1938 in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of the late Herman Bishop and the late Mary (Gillespie) Bishop. She was a member of Westwood Church of Christ.She is survived by children Deborah L. Dennis and special friend Lisa of Joelton, sons David Dennis and Bradley Davis, both of McMinnville, brother and sister-in-law Billy and Barbara Bishop of Plumerville, AR, five grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband of 50 years William “Bill” Davis, and brothers James E. Bishop and John L. Bishop.Funeral service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home with Bro. Richard O’Connor officiating.
