Port St. Lucie, Fla., resident and Broadford, Va., native Alice Violet Taylor Dugan, 98, was born Oct. 31, 1919 and died Feb. 4 at her residence following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late John and Eudora Cox Dugan. She was married to Charlie Grady Dugan, who preceded her in death on Aug. 4, 1988.
