Friday, Oct. 30 will be the day to dress up your little goblin and trick-or-treat in downtown McMinnville.
Trick or Treat Street will be offered in historic downtown McMinnville on Friday, Oct. 30 throughout the day. Along with businesses handing out candy, there will be two costume contests and a movie night on the grassy lot.Showing from The Lot and projected onto the side of Paul Holder’s building will be “Hotel Transylvania.”“This activity will provide a safe alternative to traditional trick-or-treating after dark,” said Brook Holmes, co-executive director of Main Street McMinnville. “Children can enjoy trick-or-treating during the day and a movie in the evening.”“Hotel Transylvania” was released by Sony Pictures Animation in 2012 and is rated PG. It is set at Dracula’s lavish, five-stake resort, where monsters and their families can live it up and no humans are allowed.
