For 39 years, the Rock Island Fall Festival Craft Fair has welcomed visitors to Rock Island State Park, one of 54 state parks in Tennessee, to enjoy fine food and crafts in a most lovely setting.The festival is sponsored by the Rock Island Lions Club, and is set for Sept. 27 – 28. Saturday hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.; and Sunday hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Approximately 50 talented artisans featuring their unique crafts include woodworking painting, bird houses, jewelry, scarves, stained glass, gourds and items for children and babies. A face painting booth will be available for kids of all ages.
