Presley Elise Winfree is a 7-year-old who aspires to become President, and is also the newly crowned Little Fairest of the Fair. The event was held in the fair grandstands on a cool and misty Tuesday night, featuring 51 young ladies. Winfree’s on-stage question was “What do you want to be when you grow up,” to which she replied the President, because it seems like fun.
