It’s certainly been Bo Time this past week in McMinnville as our Bojangles restaurant opened its doors and waves of hungry customers have stormed the counter.People have been so eager to experience the taste of Bojangles’ chicken and biscuits, the drive-thru line has routinely extended around the restaurant. At times, drive-thru traffic has even spilled onto New Smithville Highway in Hardee’s-type fashion.This mad rush was all expected by Bojangles management and I haven’t heard any horror stories of someone waiting nine hours for a chicken wing, so I assume all has gone reasonably well. That being said, it’s time to move on with my life and talk about something other than deep-fried food.
