Warren County Youth Leadership and the city of McMinnville are presenting the 2018 Kids Funfest and Safety Day. The annual event will be held May 19 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at McMinnville Civic Center.

The fun day features an assortment of free activities in which families with children of all ages and abilities may participate. 

Activities for children include inflatables, games, crafts, artistic performances and safety-themed attractions. 

Food booths provide free snacks and drinks with each child under 18 receiving one free hot dog meal (while supplies last).

Interactive safety presentations include signs of drug and alcohol abuse, bullying, and child abuse prevention, as well as assorted children’s health and safety topics. 

Kids Funfest and Safety Day is held rain or shine, on the grounds of the Civic Center. The festival and all activities can be held inside the Civic Center gym or outside in the parking lot nearest the pool and Cat Walker Field.
