Traci Elizabeth Kell and Michael Cain Martin plan to wed Oct. 11 in a ceremony at Westwood Church of Christ. The bride-elect is the daughter of Tommy and Glenda Kell of Rock Island. She is the granddaughter of Wayne P. and Reda Kell, and Clata and the late Earl Groves.
