Kaydee Elizabeth Rains won the coveted title of Preteen Fairest of the Fair in the annual event held Friday at the Warren County A&L Fair. She was chosen from a field of 21 contestants.The 12-year-old is the daughter of Johnny and Tonya Rains, and is a seventh-grader at Warren County Middle School. The young miss is not only a beauty, she can also cook.
