Fran Arnold still making rugs at 98

Fran Arnold recently turned 98 years old. She was awarded two blue ribbons for her creations at the recent Warren County A&L Fair.
Crocheting rag rugs is a passion for 98-year-old Fran Arnold. She has been making them for many years and selling them at her Country Road Crafts business, as well as also selling them at Rustic Touch in Rock Island. This year her family entered her creations in the Warren County A&L Fair, taking first place in Heritage Crafts and the senior citizen division.
