With 25 participants in the Smokin’ in McMinnville 5K Walk/Run, sponsored by the McMinnville-Warren County Senior Center, the endeavor has been termed a success. “We were pleased with our first time with this type of event,” said center director Connie Smith. “We learned a few things from this experience and will make some changes in the future.”
