FAIREST OF THE FAIR The Fairest of the Fair competition will be held Monday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. in the fair grandstand.Registration fee is $25, with judges selecting a winner, first, second and third runners-up. The queen will represent Warren County in Tennessee’s Fairest of the Fair contest in January. She will also receive a $1,000 college scholarship presented by St. Thomas River Park Hospital.
