Christmas at the Black House
1-Mrs-clausWEB
Visitor Mac McWhirter and wife Susan have lived in McMinnville for three years, but just enjoyed their first visit to the Black House recently. Here Mac visits with board member Barbara Dillard, with her filling him in on the historical facts of the home.
Christmas at the Black House continues this weekend, with the house opened for tours and activities. In addition to visiting the home, children can have photos made with Santa Claus, and enjoy Christmas music by Maxine Weeden. Tours will be available Saturday from 2 – 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 – 4 p.m. Tours are $5 for visitors over the age of 6, with free hot cider and cookies available.
