Children are invited to bring their favorite teddy bear or stuffed animal friend to Nashville Zoo’s second annual Teddy Bear Clinic this Saturday, Feb. 11 in the Zoo’s Croft Center. The Nashville Zoo Veterinary Department will be on call from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to perform routine checkups on your child’s stuffed animal. The clinic is free with zoo admission. No registration is necessary.
Other activities include Beary Fun Facts, Bear Bones X-Ray Station, Bear Care Clinic where kids can dress up like a veterinarian, enjoy story time in our Cub Corner (located at the Teddy Bear Café, also in the Croft Center), Scavenge like a Bear (scavenger hunt), and more. Children will receive a certificate of “Beary Good Health.”
