Former students, their spouses, parents, children, and other interested persons attended the Blue Springs School 7th annual Reunion, which was held Oct. 26, at the Blue Springs Community Center. This location couldn’t be better, since the Blue Springs Community Center stands in the former site of the Blue Springs School, which began in 1929 and closed in 1972. Acting as hosts for this year’s event were Fay Bratcher, Peggy (Phillips) Hendrixson, Lydia (Prater) Murphy and James Edward Certain.
