A youth who led lawmen on a chase through Warren County and then ran out of gas after stealing a getaway vehicle faces a number of felony charges.The suspect, Scott Sebastian Willett, 20, is charged with initiating the process to manufacture meth, evading arrest, and grand theft. His passenger, Lucas Crawford, 18, is charged with initiating the process to make meth.The chase which led to their arrests began Friday when Willett was clocked speeding in his father’s car on S. Chancery Street. However, as the officer approached, already knowing the suspect had warrants against him for violation of probation, Willett sped away.As police gave chase, they reported seeing a bag thrown out the window of the fleeing vehicle.
