Andy Putman, human resource director at Yorozu Automotive America, has been appointed as the industrial representative to the Joint Economic and Community Development Board of McMinnville-Warren County. He is replacing Greg Sweeton, former plant manager at Oster. The JECD Board discusses industry, agriculture and education in the community.The board is required to send minutes from all meetings to the state.
