McMinnville officials have an answer to the future of a boat ramp in Westwood they recently abandoned. Once used by the public many years ago, the area is now private property.“Joe Woodside and his wife Dorinda Woodside were issued a special warranty deed on the property,” said Warren County Register of Deeds Terry Smith. The couple’s property on Westwood Drive abuts the ramp on one side.City officials gained an easement on the property back in the 1940s so the public would have access to the river.
