Women face 163 charges

Two women are being blamed for 18 separate burglaries around Warren County – with the two facing a combined 163 charges for the alleged thefts.The suspects, Toshia Danielle Thomas, 32, and Amanda Michelle Collins, 35, face a mountain of charges including aggravated burglary, vandalism and theft. Collins faces 84 charges, while Thomas faces 79. They remain held under bond awaiting a hearing this Tuesday.According to Sheriff Jackie Matheny, the women were identified as prime suspects in a number of burglaries.“These weren’t in just one place but they were all over the community,” Matheny said.
