LARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Animal control officials in Clarksville hope to find a woman who threw kittens and a Yorkshire terrier from a moving car in the shelter parking lot. WSMV-TV reported the incident occurred Monday. Clarksville-Montgomery County Animal Control Director Karen Josephson said the car made a turn into the lot and the driver threw out a box containing seven kittens.
