The incident happened at 3 a.m.According to the officer, Arnold pulled the Chevy she was driving into a parking lot and stopped. However, she didn’t wait for the officer to approach her window to ask for her license – which she did not have.“The vehicle almost immediately pulled away at a high rate of speed,” Wortman recalled, noting the woman raced across Northgate Drive and then turned into Davis Lane, apparently not realizing it was a dead end.
