Womack guilty of bringing drugs to jail

A woman who tried to flush the evidence when she was caught with drugs at Warren County Jail has been sentenced to three years in prison.The woman, Angela M. Womack, 36, entered a guilty plea before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to the charge of introduction of contraband into the county jail. She was ordered to serve three years in the woman’s penitentiary. Her sentence for smuggling will run in addition to any other time she is serving.Her charges were brought as she was being booked into Warren County Jail.
