A replacement has been found for departing Warren County Emergency Food Bank organizers Chris and Karen Hubert. Their final day was Feb. 29.Taking over the reins is Judy Williamson, who says she was asked to accept the position by food bank president Lester Cowell.“Lester asked me if I was stir crazy yet since I retired,” said Williamson. “I said yes.
