Warren County High School could be the first of three schools to reap the benefit of the county’s financial investment. According to Upland Design Group architect Derrick Clemow, a certificate of occupancy from the state fire marshal has already been given for the high school’s weight room and one is in the near future for its fieldhouse. “We were given a CO, which is a certificate of occupancy, by the fire marshal for the weight room,” said Clemow.
