Let children get a jump on Halloween with a trip to Viola this Saturday. On Oct. 24 at 6 p.m., Viola Town Square will be transformed into a free evening of fun for trick-or-treaters.This is the second annual Halloween in the Park. The event will feature ghoulish hayrides, freaky fun, and frightening candy and food, as well as costume contests.According to organizer Kevin Deason, some old friends will be returning to Viola.
