Miranda Vinson, a nursing student at Motlow College, thought she was going to have to drop out of school because of financial difficulties. Then just four days before her tuition was due for the fall semester, she received great news. She was named the recipient of a scholarship from the Motlow College Ladies Philanthropic Society.“I was so thankful,” Vinson said.
