A chase in the Gath community Friday afternoon ended with the capture of a Sumner County couple following an exhaustive manhunt.The suspects, Scotty W. Neisz and Candice D. Daniels, were both arrested for theft and evading arrest after they reportedly stole two vehicles, one being a large dumptruck.Deputies gave chase to the couple and chased them down Smithville Highway. The couple went off-road near Gath Baptist Church, driving through a field and a fence before abandoning the stolen vehicle. They fled on foot and were able to remain at-large as officers surrounded the area so they could not get away.
