Stealing pocket knives will cost a woman a year in jail.The defendant, Ronda D. Turner, 44, was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence to serve by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley after she entered a guilty plea to the charge of theft. She was also directed to serve the balance of her prior sentence for violating her probation on prior convictions on the counts of burglary, theft and arson. However, that sentence will be served concurrently, or at the same time, as her new charges.Her sentence is the same as her partner in crime in the heist.
