The city of McMinnville is once again offering Christmas tree recycling for evergreen trees.A couple changes have been made.“This year’s donations won’t be going to Rock Island State Park,” said city landscape manager Hank Patton. “Park officials say they have what they need. The trees will still be recycled into mulch, but we will use it.”Just like last year, there will be one drop-off location.“We only have one drop-off location again this year,” said Patton.
