A 71-person docket was heard last week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:Heather Wolfe was ordered to serve 32 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and speeding.Gary Ferrell was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation.Anna Byars was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose her license for one year for DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.Javier Sanchez and Kenneth Gregory were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.Dameon Abair was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.Roberto Garcia and Hugo Cadena were instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentences, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.Kenneth Melendez was ordered to serve seven days and pay $20 plus costs for driving without a license.Zachery Fisher and Ricardo Ramirez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Melinda Thompson must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court. CLARIFICATIONKayla Simpson was indicted July 11 for driving on a suspended license and not possession of drugs.
