Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
Brandy Keen was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $300 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for simple possession of marijuana and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.


Lakwa Babb was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana.


Brent Edenburn was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding and running a stop sign.


Franklin Sanders was bound to the grand jury on charges of second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.


John Lucas was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense DUI.


Erick Galvez Hernandez was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $200 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.


Bart Baird was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.


Anthony Lewis was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.


Nelvia Lopez and Jacob Majewski must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
