A 78-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Bryson Martin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Robbie Bates was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Donald Shields was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Marcus Tanner was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service and forfeit his driver license for one for DUI.
• James Ungro was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Joseph Hannah was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Marlene Rangel and Melody Perez were directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose their driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
• Terrence Moore must pay $60 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended license.
• Pedro Sanchez, Elsa Arrillaga, Michael Hopkins, Andrew Williams, Yvonne Rouston, Stanley Ardon, Tereso Ramos, Sabastian Pedro, Demestrus Lovelace and Jewell Fults must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a driver license.
Clarifications
• Lisa King who lives on Strode Circle and attends Arlington Church of Christ is not the Lisa King convicted for shoplifting and drug possession.
• Lisa King who lives on Francis Ferry Road and works at IOI is not the Lisa King convicted for shoplifting and drug possession.
