A 73-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Terry Baucom was bound to the grand jury on the charge of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.
• William McGee was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of marijuana and second-offense driving on a suspended license. He must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
• Dana Hastings was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and DUI.
• Gregory Hobbs was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft and driving on a suspended license.
• Dusty Mooneyham was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
• Brandon McClure was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Bradford Darnbush was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.
• Nelda Bandy was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.
• David Romero and James Jones must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Silva Florentino, Osbaldo Rocha, Donald Pace, T.J. Jones and Luis Molinero were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
