A 73-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Terry Baucom was bound to the grand jury on the charge of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• William McGee was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of marijuana and second-offense driving on a suspended license. He must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Dana Hastings was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and DUI.• Gregory Hobbs was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft and driving on a suspended license.• Dusty Mooneyham was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.• Brandon McClure was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Bradford Darnbush was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Nelda Bandy was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• David Romero and James Jones must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Silva Florentino, Osbaldo Rocha, Donald Pace, T.J. Jones and Luis Molinero were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
