A 79-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Joseph Edwards was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $800 plus costs, perform 16 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license and criminal impersonation.• Jesus Ontiveros was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license and DUI.• Robert Ratte was directed to serve 25 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $500 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and resisting stop.• Jerry Haas was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Jonathan Childs was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Crystal Warriner was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Dustin Wilder was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Henry Sanders was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Veronica King was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Rebecca Thomas was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Rushkin McDonald and Justin Post were released on time serve and must pay $50 plus costs and forfeit the weapon for one year for possession of a weapon.• Michael Jennings was released on time served and must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Eugenia Nelson and Michael Radford must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
