An 89-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action: • Isaias Colorado was directed to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a suspended license. • Britany Goralski was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for third-offense driving on a revoked license. • Louie Fleisher was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $300 plus costs for third-offense driving on a revoked license and possession of a synthetic drug. • Billy Biles was bound to the grand jury on the charge of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license. • David Brown was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI. • Jackie Ervin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license. • Jimmy Culwell Jr., was bound to the grand jury on the charge of simple possession of marijuana. He was fined $10 plus costs for driving on a suspended license. • Janet Hawkins was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and reckless endangerment. • Victor Medrano was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and second-offense driving on a suspended license. • Gary Ferrell was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $500 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. • Moises Hernandez was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving without a license. • Genay Keener, Fabian Juarez and Willard Powell were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI. • Tabitha Campbell, Tommy Basham, Martin Hernandez, Amando Garcia, Okeaya Smith, Joseph Holland, Jeremy Mayfield, Joseph Carroll and Chad Cannon must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license. • Misty Pickett had her probation extended by six months and was released on time served for violation of probation. • Matthew Zahn had his probation revoked for violation of probation.
