A 47-person docket was heard by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Donnie Roark was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Tabitha Gonzalez was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose her driver license for third-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Lucas Campbell was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for resisting arrest and DUI.
• Luther Hale was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for DUI and second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• David Daugherty was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• David Lance was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and possession of marijuana.
• Crystal Martin was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.
• Lori Moore was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.
• Joshua Goff was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Bethany Roberts was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license. She must pay $50 plus costs for failure to appear in court.
• Judy Wier was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Timothy Mathis was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a suspended license and failure to maintain his lane.
• Gerardo Barboza, Salador Sanchez, Robin Hale, Ramiro Juarez, James Jordan, Shianne Earnest, Steven Cook, Guillermo Mendoza, Luis Cordova and Tiffany Grodi must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
