A 47-person docket was heard by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Donnie Roark was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Tabitha Gonzalez was directed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose her driver license for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Lucas Campbell was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for resisting arrest and DUI.• Luther Hale was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for DUI and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• David Daugherty was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• David Lance was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and possession of marijuana.• Crystal Martin was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.• Lori Moore was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Joshua Goff was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Bethany Roberts was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license. She must pay $50 plus costs for failure to appear in court.• Judy Wier was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Timothy Mathis was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a suspended license and failure to maintain his lane.• Gerardo Barboza, Salador Sanchez, Robin Hale, Ramiro Juarez, James Jordan, Shianne Earnest, Steven Cook, Guillermo Mendoza, Luis Cordova and Tiffany Grodi must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
