A 60-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Jose Mendoza was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $250 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for underage DWI and third-offense driving on a suspended license.• James Smith was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license, passing worthless checks, evading arrest and failure to appear in court.• Jason Robart was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus cost, perform 16 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the open-container law.• Claude Massey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of 11th-offense driving on a revoked license.• Terry Barnes was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Tara Lira was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Rafaela Dimas was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• Thomas Cremeans, Dillon Napier, Richard Lee, Anthony Campbell, Timmy Barnes, Anthony Crews, Gabriel Villegas, Matthew Zahn, Paul Presley, Dakota Davenport and Edwin Davila must pay $10 plus costs for driving without driver licenses.ClarificationThe Mark Jones convicted for DUI and transporting a child in the bed of a truck is not the Mark Jones of Mark Jones Masonry.
