A 35-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Melissa Delgado was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Leonard Prater was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, use an ignition interlock device and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Tera Fults and Derek Emler were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose their driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Robert Tanner was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Edward Hicks was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Chelsea Jones was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Shannon Borne must pay $20 plus costs for driving on a suspended license and without proof of insurance.• Penny Acuna, Erica Guindon, Hector Guzman, Jessie Stewart, Christopher Seals, Samuel Hernandez and Grady Latham were fined $10 plus costs for driving without driver licenses.• Dewayne Thompson must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jessica Pinegar must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
