A 35-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Melissa Delgado was ordered to serve five days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
• Leonard Prater was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, use an ignition interlock device and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.
• Tera Fults and Derek Emler were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose their driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Robert Tanner was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.
• Edward Hicks was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Chelsea Jones was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
• Shannon Borne must pay $20 plus costs for driving on a suspended license and without proof of insurance.
• Penny Acuna, Erica Guindon, Hector Guzman, Jessie Stewart, Christopher Seals, Samuel Hernandez and Grady Latham were fined $10 plus costs for driving without driver licenses.
• Dewayne Thompson must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Jessica Pinegar must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
