A 48-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Ricky Willis was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence but released on time served and must pay $500 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Carol Barrett was released on time served and must pay $10 plus costs for criminal trespassing.• Randell Steeval was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Candice Clark was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Carmen Rivera was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Stephanie Emberton must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Lucas Hedgecoth, Nicole Muncey and William Marsh were ordered to serve 48 hours of six-month sentences, pay $50 plus costs and lose their driver licenses for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Danice Knox was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Larry Capshaw, George Bartz, Frankie Kelsor and Dustin McKillip must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Melissa Martin must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.• Roxanna Robert must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
